You are the controller of your leads’ personal data. Glidex Technologies is the processor and acts only on your instructions.
Security measures
Encryption in transit and at rest, workspace isolation, two-step sign-in and logged, approved support access.
Sub-processors
Listed on the Security page. We give 30 days’ notice before adding one, and you can object.
Breach notice
We tell you without undue delay, and within 72 hours, if a breach affects your data.
Deletion
When you ask, or when the agreement ends, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
